Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This page explains how to delete your OmniBandBridge (OBB) account and the data associated with it. OBB is local-first: most of your data (workouts, metrics, auth key) lives only on your device, not on our servers.

  1. Open OmniBandBridge.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its data from our systems.

What is deleted: your account (email + authentication data) and your entitlement record (profiles row) held by our provider Supabase. This action is immediate and irreversible.

Your on-device data (recorded workouts, metrics, the Mi Band auth key, AI Journal data) is removed when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall OmniBandBridge. Files you exported yourself (TCX / CSV / FIT) or uploaded to services you connected (Google Drive, intervals.icu, Strava, Health Connect) are managed by those services and are not affected — delete them there.

If you can’t use the in-app option, email support@omnibandbridge.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete the account and its data.

OBB collects minimal, anonymous usage statistics (a random install identifier — not tied to your identity — plus app/device/OS version, launch count and the band types you use). You can stop this at any time in Settings → App → “Anonymous usage statistics”; when off, nothing is sent.

To request deletion of the analytics records for your install, email support@omnibandbridge.com. Because these records are anonymous, please include your device model and the approximate date you first used the app so we can locate and delete the matching record.

We do not store your training data on our servers, so there is nothing further to delete there. We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. payment/tax records held by the payment Merchant of Record) for the period required by applicable regulations.
