Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OmniBandBridge application and website (“OBB”, the “Service”). By using OBB you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OBB is currently offered as a beta (“open beta”). Beta software is provided for testing and evaluation, may contain bugs, and may change or be discontinued at any time. Beta builds may stop working after an expiry date, after which you will be asked to update to a newer version.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or compatible with any specific device or third-party service.

OBB estimates fitness metrics such as cadence, pace, heart rate and metabolic power for informational and training purposes only. OBB is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program, and stop if you feel unwell.

You are responsible for using OBB safely, for the devices and accounts you connect (Mi Band, Zwift, intervals.icu, Strava, Health Connect, Google Drive), and for complying with the terms of those third-party services. You must have the right to use any credentials or keys you provide to the app.

OBB is not affiliated with Xiaomi, Zwift, Strava, intervals.icu, Apple or Google. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Some features require an account or a Supporter subscription. Payments are handled by a Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy on Android/web, Apple on iOS). Subscriptions renew per the plan you choose and can be cancelled through the store or provider that processed the payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBB and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Your use of OBB is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
