Privacy Policy

OmniBandBridge (“OBB”, “we”) is built local-first. Your training data stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive). We do not store your workout data on our servers.
Data processed on your device
Section titled “Data processed on your device”- Workouts & metrics — cadence, pace, running power, heart rate, footpod and treadmill data — are recorded and stored locally on your device. You can export them (TCX / CSV / FIT) or upload them to services you connect (intervals.icu, Strava, Health Connect).
- Auth key — the key obtained when pairing with Mi Fitness is stored only on your device and used solely to communicate with your Mi Band. It is never sent to us.
- AI Journal — the optional local server runs on your device over your LAN; data is shared only with the AI model you configure. Nothing goes to our servers.
Accounts (optional)
Section titled “Accounts (optional)”If you create an account or become a Supporter, we process the minimum needed to manage it:
- Account: your email address and authentication data, stored by a third-party authentication & database provider.
- Entitlement: your subscription/purchase status, received from the payment provider.
- Payments are handled by a Merchant of Record (XXX on Android/web, Apple on iOS); we do not receive or store your full payment details.
We do not upload your training data to run an account.
Third-party services
Section titled “Third-party services”Depending on the features you use: Google Play / Apple App Store, the payment Merchant of Record, a third-party authentication & database provider (accounts), and any service you explicitly connect (intervals.icu, Strava, Google Health Connect, Google Drive). Each has its own privacy policy.
Ads & analytics
Section titled “Ads & analytics”(To be specified: if the free tier shows ads or uses analytics, the SDKs and data involved will be documented here.)
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”You can delete your local data by clearing the app, and delete your account data using the “Delete account” option in the app. Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data.
